Exchange and return
The exchange and return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". Within 14 days, you have the right to return a good quality product or exchange it for another one from the store catalog.
For this, the following conditions must be met:
You have a receipt that proves the purchase of the product in our store.
The consumer properties and marketable appearance of the product have been preserved.
The product was not used.
Seals and labels are undamaged and in their proper places.
Delivery of the product to the store during its exchange or return is paid by the buyer.
Reasons for termination of warranty obligations
The company reserves the right to refuse the warranty if:
The buyer violated the requirements for the installation and operation of the product specified in the instructions.
The design of the product has been changed.
The malfunction was caused by physical influences not provided for by the operating rules - impacts, penetration of foreign objects.
During the installation, the established rules were violated.
