Gas concrete block (blown-out concrete) has recently become an object of demand for private construction thanks to its undeniable advantages.

The material is an artificially created stone, which is a kind of porous concrete, and the pores of the material contain air. The technology of material production is to prepare a special mix that is poured into molds. The mix includes aluminum powder or a special paste that is mixed with water and quenched lime in certain proportions, resulting in the formation of hydrogen that sparks off the formation of pores. After the mix solidifies, the mass is divided into building structures (blocks or panels) subjected to further hardening by thermal treatment to provide strength.
